As many of you are aware, I’ve retired and sold the business and have also completed my initial consulting work for the new owner. Thank you for the pleasure of working with you. It’ll be 40 years in 2024 that I founded Schnarr Craftsmen. I’m very proud of the beautiful results we achieved together.
Now, I take great pleasure in introducing the new owner Mark Conrad.
Mark is taking the business to new heights which includes rebranding the business as Schnarr Legacy Craftsmen. During the past year, Mark and I completed a number of great projects together. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were an exact match. Mark is committed to uphold the standard you have grown to expect.
With over 20 years in the industry, Mark’s knowledge is vast, his success and enjoyment come from the relationships he’s fostered over these years. He is excited to enhance the relationships with you and discuss upcoming projects you have. As well, he looks forward to building new relationships with any referrals you may have.

As stay at home seniors, we needed organization and clarity of planning for our project.
